PEPENERO PEPEBIANCO RESTAURANT IN TRIESTE
Pepenero Pepebianco restaurant was created in September 2008 as a manifestation of genuine passion for good cuisine. Though it’s strongly connected to tradition, it also introduced the most recent techniques - such as vacuum cooking or low-temperature cooking – in order to enhance the taste of fresh food and quality products used.
The key points of our philosophy are the right balance between tradition and innovation, between shape and substance as well as the concept of food-recognizable dishes.
The restaurant is located on the site where was an ancient stable serving Austrian-Hungarian officers and later on a wine deposit, but now’s a pleasant environment for a tasty cuisine.

In our menu you will find meat, fish as well as vegetarian dishes. We are also able to take good care of food intolerances. Our bread, pastas and cakes are homemade. Our menu varies according to seasonal products.

The Chef Patron Our Chef Patron has obtained an Italian Cuisine Master Chef diploma from ALMA, the International School of Italian Cuisine directed by Gualtiero Marchesi.
