Michele Grandi

At the beginning it was only a passion but then, when life circumstances made it possible, after graduating in Forestry and Agriculture, entrepreneurial experiences
and worldwide tours, Michele Grandi has decided to realize his project.
He obtained his diploma of Italian Cuisine Master Chef from ALMA, the prestigious school directed by Gualtiero Marchesi; then he worked at starred restaurants and hotels in Italy.
Pepenero Pepebianco in Trieste is his first restaurant.
