YESTERDAY&TODAY Until December 2006 Pepenero Pepebianco was a huge and empty store which was originally used as a carriage shed and horse shelter by officers who lived at n° 14, via Rittmeyer about a century ago. The people who live in the area remember it as a dark and hollow space, but to us it looked like the perfect place to start a restaurant, where we could express our ambitions of creating a pleasant place for high quality cuisine. The remarkable work of architects Ariella Valente and Lorenzo Pillan, as well as the decorator Daniela Giraldi, is what made it possible. Ariella Valente was also the director of the construction site.
